By inviting Clyt Bot to your Discord server or using our dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Clyt Bot provides a suite of tools for managing Discord servers, including an AutoMod system, leveling system, ticket management, welcome templates, and an embed builder. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use Clyt Bot in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. Specifically, you agree to:
- Not use the bot for malicious purposes, spamming, or promoting illegal content.
- Not attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the bot's infrastructure.
- Not bypass premium restrictions or abuse the free tier limits.
- Not sell, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of the service.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions (Premium)
Some bot features require a paid subscription (Premium). All purchases are subject to our refund policy. We reserve the right to change subscription prices or the features available in the plans at any time. If your account or server is banned for violating the terms, you will not be entitled to a refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
Clyt Bot is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or any unauthorized access to your data.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via our support server or dashboard announcements. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
