Data Retention & Storage Limit: Clyt does not store user personal data from YouTube. Public metadata retrieved via YouTube Data API v3 (such as channel IDs and latest upload identifiers) is cached ephemerally in Redis solely to prevent duplicate alerts and automatically expires within 7 to 30 days. No YouTube API data is stored for more than 30 days.

Data Security

We take strict security measures and advanced encryption to protect your data from unauthorized access, modification, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Your Rights (Data Removal)

You have the right to request the deletion of all your stored data. To do this, you can use the /delete-my-data command in the bot, or kick the bot from your server which leads to an automatic wipe of most of your settings over time, or contact us directly via our support server.

You can execute /delete-my-data command anytime to erase all stored records.
