When you add and use Clyt Bot, we collect specific information to ensure the services function properly:

  • Your Discord User ID and Username.
  • The Server ID (Guild ID) where the bot is operating and the bot-related server settings.
  • Message content (temporarily only and as needed to scan for malicious links or bad words within the AutoMod system). We do not store your private messages.
  • Command usage logs to improve the bot and discover errors.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used for the following purposes:

  • Providing core bot features like leveling, protection, and ticket management.
  • Customizing the dashboard based on your permissions in Discord servers.
  • Improving service quality and resolving technical issues.
  • Preventing abuse and complying with Discord's Terms of Service.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties. We may share some data with trusted service providers (like cloud hosting services) solely for the purpose of operating and maintaining the bot services, ensuring they protect this data.

We take strict security measures and advanced encryption to protect your data from unauthorized access, modification, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights (Data Removal)

You have the right to request the deletion of all your stored data. To do this, you can use the /delete-my-data command in the bot, or kick the bot from your server which leads to an automatic wipe of most of your settings over time, or contact us directly via our support server.
